Registration Guidelines

After registering in the Indico system using the link above the table, your participation in the conference will only be confirmed after payment of the registration fee in Brazilian reais (BRL).

The online payment platform is managed by the Brazilian Physical Society (BPS)(*).

Please note that the BPS payment system is independent from Indico and requires a separate registration. For your first access, click on “I am not registered”.

Payments can be made by:

- online credit card;
- PIX (Brazilian bank accounts only);
- international bank transfer.

For payments by international bank transfer, any transfer fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the participant. A proforma invoice is generated automatically in the system. After completing the transfer, please send a copy of the payment confirmation to ichep2026@cbpf.br so that we can match it with the records in the BPS account.

Once the payment is confirmed, a receipt will be available for download in the BPS payment system. Customized receipts can be provided upon request. Please note that the conference organization does not issue invoices.

The registration fee includes:

- conference materials;
- welcome reception cocktail;
- two coffee breaks per day;
- access to all conference venues;
- conference proceedings.

For accompanying persons, only the welcome reception cocktail is included.

The conference activities will take place at two different venues:

- the parallel sessions (July 30 – August 1) will be held at the Praiamar Natal Hotel & Convention Center;
- the plenary sessions (August 3–5) will take place at the Natal Convention Center.

During the payment process, participants may also purchase:

- a 3-lunch package at the Natal Convention Center (R$ 225.00);
- the Conference Dinner (R$ 250.00).

We recommend purchasing the lunch package at the Natal Convention Center for convenience during the plenary conference days, as the venue is more isolated and has fewer nearby restaurant options within walking distance.
